Updates on the court appeal of the Seattle School Board's May 6th,2009, vote to adopt the Discovering series of high school math textbooks. Plaintiffs are Martha McLaren, DaZanne Porter, and Cliff Mass.

Due to responding to the amicus brief and paying a retainer to our attorney, Keith Scully's new firm (Newman DuWors Attorneys, Seattle), the total cost of this lawsuit has recently risen to $20,101.80.
